Values read from the car
- Battery percentage and range, using the car's own values.
- Remaining energy (kWh): e.g. 55.4 kWh at 72%.
- Average and recent consumption (kWh/100 km).
- Battery temperature and the lowest and highest cell voltage.
- Live power and regeneration: in kW, while driving and charging.
Charging history
- Charging sessions: start and end percentage, kWh added, duration, average and peak power, AC or DC.
- Charging curve: how the power changed during each session.
- Time to target and a phone notification when the target is reached.
- Energy while parked: how many percent the battery loses per day while parked without charging.
Calculations
- Range based on your driving: calculated from your consumption over the last 10, 100 and 500 km.
- Trip and charging cost: using the electricity price you enter. With a three-rate tariff (day, peak, night), you see the cost of each rate period up to your charging target and the cheapest hours. The monthly total is shown too.
- Comparison with a gas car: the fuel cost of the same trip, using the L/100 km and price per liter you enter.
- Battery report: a one-page, printable PDF report on your phone.
Hybrids like the Seal U DM-i
On a hybrid, the big range figure is the total range (electric plus gasoline). Below it, you see the electric and fuel share, the fuel level percentage and the SAVE status. Fuel consumption is shown in L/100 km, separately from electricity consumption. Details are on the Seal U DM-i page.
Weather and charging stations
The Energy tab shows the weather where you are and nearby charging stations. Weather and map data come from Open-Meteo and OpenStreetMap.

Frequently asked questions
How is BYD energy consumption calculated?
Yoldaş reads average consumption from the car's own value (kWh/100 km). For costs, you enter your electricity price on your phone; trip and charging costs are calculated with that price.
Does it tell me when charging is done?
Yes. You get a phone notification when charging starts, stops, finishes, and reaches the target you set.
Does it show fuel consumption on hybrids like the Seal U DM-i?
Yes. On a hybrid, total range, the electric and fuel share, fuel level percentage, L/100 km and SAVE status are shown separately.
Are three-rate electricity tariffs supported?
Yes. On your phone, you enter separate prices for day, peak and night. Yoldaş shows the cost of each rate period up to your charging target, and the cheapest hours.
